After ds2sf returns status=ok, run concur to cross-check the datasheet-extracted dataset against chip-fetcher's KiCad UL bundle and Fusion 360 EAGLE library. Catches wrong-variant UL bundles, stub-only pin names, pad-count mismatches around exposed/thermal pads, and package-family disagreements — emits a result.json with status golden/divergent/unrecoverable and tagged hints[] so chip-fetcher can autonomously re-fetch a suspect library or escalate to a human.
