SC-70-6 (SOT-363)

The SC-70-6 (also known as SOT-363) is one of the smallest standard semiconductor packages at just 2.0 x 1.25mm with 0.65mm pitch. Six leads house dual transistors, analog switches, voltage references, and tiny logic gates. At roughly half the area of SOT-23-6, it enables extreme miniaturization for wearables and IoT sensors. The 3D model shows the minuscule molded body with barely visible gull-wing leads.
