How often this page pulls fresh verdicts from disk. It never probes a service directly, so a fast refresh costs nothing: the watchdog does the real checking every 5 minutes.
This server exits on its own after a stretch with no requests, so forgotten instances don't pile up. Any visit resets the clock.
Containers that are off on purpose. They still have stale watchdog state on disk; showing them keeps you from re-fixing something you already retired.
