nrf54l15 + nrf52840-ckaa: centered-origin STEP renders half-sunk in KiCad
nRF54L15 and nRF52840-CKAA STEPs are centered-origin: they render half-sunk in KiCad
From a Z-origin audit of every hardware page's STEP model (945 pages, vertex geometry only):
| page | vertex Z range | expected |
|---|---|---|
| john/nrf54l15 | -3.0 .. +3.0 | 0 .. ~+6 (or the real module height) |
| john/nrf52840-ckaa | -1.804 .. +1.803 | 0 .. ~+3.6 |
Origin sits at mid-body, so KiCad (and the wiki Quick Actions flow, which attaches the page's own .step to the installed footprint) renders the module half-sunk into the board. The KiCad convention is origin on the board surface, body extending +Z. Fix: re-export with the origin at the bottom face.
Noting because nRF54L15 is also one of your #44 matrix parts, so you would eventually have seen the half-sunk render and might have chased it as a bridge bug. It is the model.
