Upgrade IN-S63BTR to the interactive spec: rebuild the composite GLB (LED_lit glow at the datasheet dominant wavelength, fov_cone at the datasheet 2-theta-half, FR4 board with pads, silk and solder, plus the baked insert animation), add the interactive 3D viewer with Static and Pick-and-Place modes over a datasheet-dimensioned carrier tape, shadows on every mesh, and ground and sky matching the native viewer; make that viewer the characterization-page hero and add a README.html landing embed.
