On SOT-223-3_TabPin2 the tab is not a separate pad - it is that lead - so nothing was ever unconnected, but the page listed it as its own pin and pads.json reported pin-not-in-symbol for a pin that cannot exist. Target chosen because net VOUT matches pin 2; the tab's description is merged into that pin rather than dropped.
orderable attributes: rebuild .lbr with adom-lbr 2.18.0 so MPN, MANUFACTURER and the distributor part numbers reach <technology> (LCSC_PN C326523). The published library carried no attributes at all, so a BOM had nothing to buy from. Distributor PNs matched on exact MPN AND corroborating manufacturer.
