Fixed 1.2, 1.5, 1.8, 2.5, 3.3 and 5.0 V versions or adjustable around a 1.25 V reference. Typical dropout 1.2 V at the full 1 A, 18 V absolute maximum input (12 V recommended), current limiting at 2.1-2.5 A and thermal shutdown at 150 C, 2000 V ESD. Output accuracy is 1.5 % on every version except 1.2 V, which is 2 %. Offered in SOT-223-3L, TO-252-2L and SOT-89-3L; on all three the metal tab is VOUT. The 1.2 V version is not carried by Advanced Monolithic Systems, and UMW does not carry 2.85 V.",
