6 SW output Switch node - the common drain of the integrated high-side and low-side N-channel power MOSFETs (R_DSON_H ≈ 450mΩ, R_DSON_L ≈ 270mΩ). Connect the external inductor between SW and the regulator output. SW absolute range V_SS-0.3 to V_IN+0.3V.
