TL081

Texas Instruments · Operational Amplifier · SOIC-8

The TL081 is a single JFET-input operational amplifier. Its JFET inputs give high input impedance and low bias current, and its 13 V/us slew rate and 3 MHz bandwidth suit active filters, integrators, sample-and-hold, and general single-op-amp signal conditioning. It is the single member of the TL08x family alongside the dual TL082 and quad TL084.

8 NC unconnected Do not connect. No internal bond wire. Leave floating on the PCB.
