Adom Terms of Service

Effective date: July 18, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of software provided by Adom Industries ("Adom", "we", "us"), including adom-google and the Adom Google Connector, the Adom Native Browser Extension ("abe"), and the Adom OAuth token-broker gateway (together, the "Services"). By installing, connecting, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

The Services

The Services let an AI agent you run act on your behalf against accounts and applications you connect — for example, your Google account (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Calendar, Contacts, Tasks, Chat) via OAuth, or your own web browser via abe. The Services perform actions based on the instructions you and your agent provide.

Your account connections and authorization

• You may only connect accounts you own or are authorized to use.
• You grant permissions explicitly through Google's OAuth consent screen (or, for abe, by connecting your browser). You choose which scopes to approve, and you can revoke access at any time from your Google Account permissions.
• You are responsible for the actions your agent takes through the Services. Because the Services act on your instructions, review what you ask your agent to do, especially actions that modify, send, share, or delete data.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Services to:

• violate any law, or any third party's rights;
• violate the terms or policies of Google or any other connected provider, including the Google API Services User Data Policy;
• access or act on accounts you are not authorized to use;
• attempt to extract another user's credentials, tokens, or data; or
• interfere with, overload, or attempt to compromise the Services or the OAuth gateway.

Third-party services

The Services interoperate with third-party providers such as Google. Your use of those providers is governed by their own terms and policies. Adom is not responsible for third-party services, and their availability or changes may affect the Services.

Privacy and data

Our handling of information is described in the Adom Privacy Policy. Adom's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Adom does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that automated actions will always produce the intended result.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Adom will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Services. Because the Services act on your instructions, you are responsible for the consequences of the actions you direct them to perform.

Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time and revoke connected access. We may suspend or terminate access to the Services if you violate these Terms or to protect the Services or their users.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Adom Industries is organized, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
