STM32G0B1CCU7
STMicroelectronics · Arm Cortex-M0+ MCU with USB · UFQFPN-48 (7 x 7 mm, 0.5 mm pitch)
STMicroelectronics STM32G0B1CCU7: Arm Cortex-M0+ at up to 64 MHz with 256 KB flash and 144 KB SRAM, crystal-less USB 2.0 full-speed device/host, 12-bit ADC and DAC, in a 7 x 7 mm UFQFPN-48 with an exposed pad. A blank part boots into the ROM USB DFU bootloader (flash empty check), so it can be programmed over USB with no programmer.
Verification
A person checks each page against its datasheet and signs it off here; the badge turns amber if a checked file changes.
Pinout
Pin numbers and names from KiCad's official MCU_ST_STM32G0:STM32G0B1CCUx symbol (UFQFPN-48 pinout, DS13560 Figure 6).

Note: the exposed pad (49) is ground, the same as VSS (pin 7). The symbol has one VSS pin numbered [7,49], KiCad's stacked-pin notation, so wiring it connects pin 7 and the exposed pad; the Fusion library connects VSS to pads "7 49" and the Altium library stacks pins 7 and 49.

The 3D model comes from LCSC's EasyEDA library. Its embossed EasyEDA / LCEDA logo glyphs were removed with OpenCascade (BRepAlgoAPI_Defeaturing, then merging coplanar faces) and the body, pads, size and colours were kept; the source hashes, removed faces and before/after bounding boxes are in page.json under component.provenance. The logo clean-up had also turned the black underside between the pads metal-coloured; it is black again (2026-10-08, record cad/lcsc/clean/UFQFPN48_bottom.recolor.json in the project).
The footprint points at ${KIPRJMOD}/stm32g0b1ccu7.step: copy the STEP next to your KiCad project (or edit the path).
