STMicroelectronics Microcontrollers (MCU/MPU/SOC), WLCSP-49(3x3.2). Pinout checked against ST's open pin data, KiCad symbol/footprint/3D.
WLCSP49 single VCAP_1 requires 4.7 uF, page currently recommends 2.2 uF
Source: ray/stm32f411cey6tr v0.1.0 (retrieved 2026-09-11); reviewed with ST DS10314 Rev 8, https://www.st.com/resource/en/datasheet/stm32f411vc.pdf, p.66, Table 16. CLI 1.7.43 family workflow on Linux; this is a source-data issue, not a viewer defect.
The component page's G2 VCAP_1 description says to connect a 2.2 uF low-ESR capacitor to VSS. STM32F411CEY6TR WLCSP49 exposes one VCAP pin. The manufacturer's operating-conditions table specifies 4.7 uF with ESR <1 ohm when a single VCAP pin is available (Table 16, p.66).
Please correct the pin description, README and any generated support-circuit recommendation for this package to the single-VCAP requirement, and check the extraction rule across F4 packages. Two-pin and single-pin VCAP cases must be distinguished by the exact package pin map. The current text could cause an agent generating a minimum viable circuit to fit the wrong regulator stabilization capacitor.
Repro: open the source page, read the G2 row, then compare the datasheet's single-VCAP table. Our local MCU design work records the 4.7 uF requirement; no source-page fix or PR is in progress in this thread. Do not treat the local placement draft as electrically qualified.
