SN74HC151

The SN74HC151 is an 8-to-1 data selector/multiplexer. Three select lines route one of eight data inputs to the output, and it provides both true (Y) and complementary (W) outputs plus an active-low enable. It is used for parallel-to-serial conversion and input selection.

12 D7 input Data input 7. Routed to output Y (and inverted to W) when the select code CBA = 111 and strobe G is low.

16 VCC power_in Positive supply voltage. Recommended operating range 2 V to 6 V (5 V nominal). Bypass with a 0.1-µF ceramic capacitor close to the pin.
