Convert an Altium board (.PcbDoc) to a KiCad board.
The wiki needs board-level 3D and exports for boards designed in Altium, and nobody on the team is expected to own an Altium license for that. KiCad already loads .PcbDoc files (its Altium importer, reachable from pcbnew's LoadBoard / the plugin manager), but service-kicad only accepts .kicad_pcb bodies, so there is no headless path today.
Ask: an endpoint and CLI verb along the lines of service-kicad altium pcb board.PcbDoc --out board.kicad_pcb, returning the converted board plus the importer's warnings. With that, the existing pcb export step gives us STEP, and adom-step2glb gives the GLB.
Test files that exercise it (public, real): elk-audio/elk-pi-hardware Altium_files/ElkPi.PcbDoc (8.8 MB, 28 embedded STEP bodies; the repo uses Git LFS, fetch through media.githubusercontent.com), and Bjersgen/Simplefoc STM32H7_FOC/circle/circle.PcbDoc. TheStaticTurtle/Open433 hardware/PCB_V2_*.pcbdoc is the older ASCII Protel format that EasyEDA exports, worth knowing whether KiCad takes it.
