rebuild the library on adom-lbr 2.32.0. The published copy was built by 2.18.0, which imported every KiCad roundrect and oval pad as a SQUARE EAGLE smd; this carries the real pad shape across (0 -> 5 rounded pads) and stops dropping geometry drawn on KiCad User.N layers. Attributes, connects, pads and the pin-1 marker are gated against decreasing and are unchanged.

symbol: the part is a 5-lead SOT-23 - the shipped footprint has 5 pads and the datasheet confirms it for this ordering suffix - but the symbol carried the 8-pin SOIC pinout. The page MPN was also truncated to a form with no package code, so it matched no distributor; corrected to the orderable part. Pinout taken from this part's datasheet for its own ordering suffix. The library failed validate because the symbol declared pins the footprint has no pad for (connect-pad-unresolved), which also blocked its orderable attributes. Rebuilds the .lbr, re-derives pin 1 and pads.json.
