LMT86

Texas Instruments · Temperature Sensor · SC70-5

The LMT86 is a precision analog temperature sensor with a near-linear negative-slope voltage output (about -10.9 mV/C). It is factory-trimmed for +-0.4 C typical accuracy, draws little current, and needs no external calibration, feeding an MCU ADC directly for thermal monitoring in a tiny SC70-5.
