y9x baseline: courtyard grown to ±4.25 (pads + 0.25 IPC nominal; it was the 7x7 body and cut through the pads), F.Fab 7x7 outline with 1 mm pin-1 chamfer added; -HV/-SB regenerated; new -RR variant (all SMD pads roundrect rratio 0.25, EP 0.1) added to the manifest. All four lint clean with adom-footprint lint.

Fix pin 1 on the 7x7 y9x footprint: it was rotated 90 degrees (pad 1 bottom-left, 1..12 along the bottom); now matches datasheet Figure 3-1 (pin 1 top-left, 1..12 down the left) via (x,y)->(-y,x) on pads (w/h swapped) and silk/courtyard/comment geometry. -HV/-SB regenerated from it; manifest gains a pin1 block (corner top-left, order ccw)
