v0.9.62: SLIM runtime zip — drop skills/, demo/, docs, hero fonts and all images from the AD-bundled bridge (488.9->335.7 KB, -31%). Runtime keeps only code + certs + ps1 + blank-board template + the runtime SKILL.md.
