v0.9.52: fix two 30s client-timeouts — open_editors now uses the budgeted port-prober (3s cap+dedup) instead of raw 1s-per-stale-file probes; footprint/symbol editor window-appearance polls trimmed 10s->6s (they break early anyway); open_editors/screenshot_all/window_info dropped from the settle-poll set (don't spawn windows)
