v0.9.49: dialog auto-sweep settle-poll — KiCad error dialogs are async+transient (pop after the handler returns, auto-close in seconds); window-spawning verbs now poll ~3s to reliably catch+screenshot+expire a late dialog instead of racing it with one scan
