Vishay · Logic-level power MOSFET (N-channel) · TO-220AB

N-channel logic-level power MOSFET in a TO-220AB package. It is rated 60 V drain-source and 50 A continuous drain current, with RDS(on) of 28 mohm at VGS = 5 V (39 mohm at 4 V), so it fully enhances from a 5 V or even 3.3 V logic output with no gate driver. The metal tab is the drain. The default high-current low-side switch for motors, heaters, and loads driven directly from an MCU pin.
