IRLB8721

Infineon · N-channel MOSFET · TO-220

Logic-level N-channel power MOSFET that turns fully on from a 3.3 or 5 V gate drive, so a microcontroller pin can switch it directly without a gate driver. It blocks 30 V, carries up to 62 A, and has a low on-resistance (about 8.7 mOhm at 10 V gate, and still low at 4.5 V), which keeps heating down when switching motors, LEDs, and heaters. The TO-220 bolts to a heatsink for higher current. A common logic-level switch for hobby and low-voltage power control.
