Regenerate .lbr with adom-lbr 2.23.0: the symbol's own artwork is emitted again (the LED's triangle, cathode bar and emission arrows were being dropped entirely), pin lengths map to the nearest EAGLE stop, descriptions on the symbol, deviceset and package rows, and the package takes the footprint's own name. Verified with lint and validate.
