HCI SMD ceramic band-pass filter for a 455 kHz AM IF in the LTWC package: +/-4.5 kHz 6 dB bandwidth, 45 dB stop band, 2 kohm terminations (the LTWC455G row of the series datasheet). Four pads: input, output and two grounds.

Note: pads 3 and 4 are both ground. The symbol has one GND pin numbered [3,4], KiCad's stacked-pin notation, so wiring it connects both pads; the Fusion library connects GND to pads "3 4" and the Altium library stacks pins 3 and 4.
Note: Input (1) and output (2) share one long side and the two grounds the other. Swapping input and output is harmless for this passive filter; turning the part 180 degrees is not, because it puts the signal pads on ground. When ordering assembled boards, check in the placement preview that the 1-2 side lands on the signal pads.

The 3D model comes from LCSC's EasyEDA library. Its embossed EasyEDA / LCEDA logo glyphs were removed with OpenCascade (BRepAlgoAPI_Defeaturing, then merging coplanar faces) and the body, pads, size and colours were kept; the source hashes, removed faces and before/after bounding boxes are in page.json under component.provenance.
