BQ25792 copper-retention demonstration
Preserved trace-only checkpoint: ../native-routed/bq25792-astra-routed.brd. This example uses 109 components, 50 nets and four layers. It is a bounded copper-retention experiment, not power, thermal or insulation signoff.
The native replay adds four PGND solid pours, 0.1 mm requested isolation, rank 6, thermals off and orphans on. Larger encoded electrical clearances remain. The user explicitly permitted physically floating copper. Do not transfer these choices blindly to other boards or insert copper into isolation barriers.
native.py activates the exact named BoardDocument inside the existing modeling-script transport and verifies Electron identity. record.py records actual Fusion window changes. Its target, HWND, document name and temporary paths are session-specific: rediscover them before replay. Current older pinned bridges can activate an empty Design canvas between scripts. Raw take 02 retains those transitions; the edit removes them.
coverage.py unions exported native fill contours with modeled pads, tracks and vias, subtracting drill voids. It depends on ../geometry.py and its stripped board input. Dimensions and pad assumptions are BQ-specific; figures are estimates. Combined coverage: 82.8%. Estimated removal-area reduction: 82.9% versus trace-only, excluding drills. This is not measured laser-time reduction or globally optimal geometry.
take-02/final.json records zero airwires, zero warnings, and one unchanged inherited DRC error (5,1,f10227fd41e0ab5d). The comparison profile disables only the inherited all-object same-net spacing rule, which rejects intended connections. Other net-clearance rules stay enabled; the original is preserved.
render.py reuses the prior reference/rerouting footage up to 134.333 seconds, appends manually inspected native pour intervals at 3x with inspection holds, and retains a final five-second hold. mix.py uses Adom TTS Andrew Neural, bounded audio padding and two-pass loudness normalization. The local raw take and earlier narration assets are inputs; regenerate them with the recording and narration recipes when reproducing from source. edit/edit.json records exact cut boundaries, and edit/verification.json records full-decode and audio checks.
