FTS-105-01-L-S single-row header

Samtec five-position, 1.27 mm pitch, single-row through-hole terminal strip. -01 selects the 3.05 mm drawing dimension A; -L specifies 10 microinch gold in the contact area with matte tin tails; the final -S selects single-row through-hole. It is not the -SV surface-mount or double-row variant.

The single-row drawing, revision AE, shows A from seating plane to tip. The nominal housing is 0.86 mm high, so exposed post above the housing is approximately 2.19 mm. Tail length is 2.29 mm below seating, and square pin width is 0.41 mm reference. Five-position body length is 6.35 mm and width 2.16 mm reference. Do not add another housing height to A when building an assembly model.

Samtec recommends 0.71 mm PCB holes. The existing electronic-load board24 uses 0.65 mm; that discrepancy is unresolved. This candidate uses 0.71 mm holes and Adom-selected 1.00 mm pads. Finished-hole tolerances, annular ring, soldering and clearance must be checked before adopting it. No board copper was changed.

The original nominal model includes five separate contacts, gold-colored posts and tin-colored tails. Flat tips and a plain housing omit actual chamfers, molded recesses, flash, burr and sway tolerances. Colors identify nominal plating regions, not measured coating boundaries. This is not manufacturer CAD. No manufacturer CAD or drawing is redistributed here; use the linked originals.

J11 is a custom five-wire SWD connection: 1=3V3 reference, 2=SWDIO, 3=SWCLK, 4=NRST, 5=GND. This is not the standard ten-pin Cortex connector. Verify probe voltage, orientation and cable mapping; the header is unkeyed. Do not drive target power from a probe without checking the power arrangement. Pins in the reusable component symbol are passive physical contacts.

STEP uses mm, GLB meters, Z up, with pin 1 at origin and subsequent pins along negative model Y (positive PCB Y). Use clean geometry in assemblies, the annotated hero only for reference. Physical fit and circuit qualification remain pending.
