DAC8560

Texas Instruments · Digital-to-analog converter · MSOP-8

Single 16-bit voltage-output DAC driven over SPI, with a built-in 2.5 V reference and output buffer, so it makes a defined full-scale output with no external reference. It holds true 16-bit resolution (monotonic, low error), and a VFB pin brings the output buffer's feedback out for force-sense or gain setting. It runs from a single 2.7 to 5.5 V supply and powers up to a known state. A compact precision source for setpoints, bias, and calibration.
