Support mechanical-only component heroes without inventing copper pads

The current component-hero generator refuses a legitimate off-board fan mounting template with no copper pads. Repro: Sunon MF40200V1-1000U-G99 has four NPTH mounting holes and flying leads; its cable housing also has no PCB solder pads. The fan now needs a gentle state animation and cable/termination hero without inventing electrical PCB terminals.

Please support an explicit mechanical/off-board mode that preserves the source GLB and its animation hierarchy, reports copper-pad alignment as not applicable (not a passed electrical alignment), and optionally annotates verified mounting holes. Keep ordinary PCB-component checks unchanged. Do not infer connector pin numbering from mounting holes.

Project workaround: retain a separately labeled authored fan state hero with no fake copper-pad artwork, the existing mechanical template, and separate connector symbols/mating-header footprint.
