[DEPRECATED] Chip Fetcher → adom-chip-fetcher

A fresh adom-wiki pkg install adom/chip-fetcher (1.0.5) dies in install.sh on its first command.

install.sh line 4:

install -m 0755 "$DIR/bin/adom-chip-fetcher" "$BIN/adom-chip-fetcher"

The 1.0.5 tarball ships the binary as bin/chip-fetcher, not bin/adom-chip-fetcher, so install fails and set -euo pipefail (line 2) ends the script: nothing lands in ~/.local/bin. Either rename the shipped file to bin/adom-chip-fetcher or point the install source at $DIR/bin/chip-fetcher.

Found by the wiki's new publish check (adom/wiki#191): install.sh read operands are matched against the tarball's file set at publish, so the next pkg publish of this package is refused with INSTALL_PATH_MISSING naming this line until the two names agree. On staging now, prod with the next tag.
