[DEPRECATED] Chip Fetcher → adom-chip-fetcher

John, 2026-09-09: "i think we should remove chip-fetcher from the dock bar. given the new astra capabilities and how crappy chip-fetcher acts, i think its not worth promoting it right now. put on our todo list to revisit chip-fetcher in the future to make it better."

Done today: chip-fetcher removed from the curated dock manifest (adom/hydrogen-bootstrap dock/apps.json). The app, its wiki page and its own dockbar.json stay as they are; nothing else changed.

This issue is the todo. To bring it back: make it reliable against what Codex Astra plus the KiCad/Fusion/Altium bridges already do for part lookup and symbol/footprint fetch, then re-add the entry under the EDA tools group in the manifest and refresh the dock (POST /dock/refresh) on a test box before promoting.
