CD4028B

Texas Instruments · Decoder / Demultiplexer · SOIC-16

The CD4028B is a BCD-to-decimal decoder that converts a 4-bit BCD input to one of ten mutually exclusive active-high outputs. Inputs above 9 force all outputs low. Its wide 3 V to 18 V supply range makes it a common decoder for display scanning and 1-of-N selection.
