Surface-mount 3.0 A Schottky barrier rectifier in an SMA (DO-214AC) package. Rated for 40 V reverse voltage with a low 0.50 V max forward drop at 3 A, guard-ring die construction for transient protection, and AEC-Q101 automotive qualification. Suited to DC-DC converters, freewheeling, polarity protection, and high-efficiency low-voltage rectification.
