ADS1013

Texas Instruments · Analog-to-Digital Converter · VSSOP-10

The ADS1013 is a 12-bit delta-sigma analog-to-digital converter with an I2C interface, an internal reference, and an on-chip oscillator. It digitizes a single differential input at up to 3.3 ksps with a programmable full-scale range, providing simple precision measurement in a compact VSSOP-10. It is the base member of the ADS101x family.

9 SDA bidirectional I2C serial data input/output (open-drain). Connect to VDD through a pullup resistor. Digital input high 0.7·VDD min, low 0.3·VDD max; VOL 0.4 V at IOL = 3 mA.
10 SCL input I2C serial clock input. Connect to VDD through a pullup resistor. Supports fast mode up to 400 kHz and high-speed mode up to 3.4 MHz.
