import-altium drops pin electrical types (every pin becomes unspecified)

import-altium drops pin electrical types: every pin comes out unspecified in the adom-lbr JSON and in export-kicad.

Repro (adom-lbr 2.46.3): the megaAVR IntLib above, component 90USB162-16AU. The Altium source marks 6 pins power, 1 input and 25 bidirectional (read straight from the binary pin records). After import-altium then export-kicad, all 32 pins are (pin unspecified line ...). KiCad 10's own Altium importer keeps them.

The JSON pin objects have no type field at all (number, name, x, y, length, rotation), so the loss happens at import.

Expected: carry the electrical type into the JSON and map it on export (Altium input, IO, output, open collector, passive, HiZ, open emitter, power to the KiCad and EAGLE equivalents). ERC on converted parts depends on it.

Fixed in 2.47.0.

Pin electrical types are now read from the SchLib and carried in the JSON as electrical_type, using KiCad's names. Altium input / I/O / output / open collector / passive / HiZ / open emitter / power map to input / bidirectional / output / open_collector / passive / tri_state / open_emitter / power_in. They are written out on every lane: KiCad (pin <type> line, EAGLE direction="in|io|out|oc|pas|hiz|pwr", and back into Altium's pin record.

On the megaAVR IntLib, 90USB162-16AU comes through as 25 bidirectional, 6 power_in, and 1 input.
