adom-lbr — the EDA library translator. Bring a component in from any supported EDA tool and convert it to any other (KiCad ⇄ Altium ⇄ EAGLE/Fusion) through one canonical adom-lbr JSON — symbol + footprint + 3D + pin↔pad map. Altium is written natively (no Altium needed). Includes the adom-lbr Manager: browse wiki components and view symbol/footprint/3D + the per-EDA layer stackup.

Add dock.json: own the dock launch behavior

Migrated verbatim from the inline launch block in the curated dock manifest (adom/hydrogen-bootstrap, dock/apps.json). The curated list is going back to being just a list of which apps appear in the dock and in what order; launch behavior belongs to each app, per adom/hydrogen-dock-sdk. No behavior change: same steps, same skip_if, same timeouts. From here this file is the source of truth and edits here reach every dock on the next poll, with no change needed to the curated list.
