Prototype cost — incomplete, not a purchase quote

Dated source snapshots are in design/ps_*.json; the per-reference electrical BOM is design/bom.csv. On 2026-10-07 the currently priced electrical references total $42.77 for one board. That is a partial subtotal: 63 references remain unpriced, largely stocked passives and Adom molecule hardware. Catalog availability is not a verified live inventory count.

Additional listed candidates: Sunon MF40200V1-1000U-G99 fan $8.45; ATS-CPX050050025-124-C1-R0 heatsink $4.50; Vishay NTCLE100E3103JB0 sensor $0.53. Including these gives $56.25 before the unpriced items. Thin fan stock and long resistor lead times make procurement review necessary before standardizing the build.

The lower-cost IXTP15N50L2 MOSFET is $12.84 in the saved listing, versus $23.98 for the original IXTP64N10L2 candidate. The former targets 5–24 V operation; lower-voltage compliance is unverified. A pin-compatible substitution still needs loop, SOA and thermal testing.

Do not treat this as the finished unit cost. Missing amounts include other passives, machine pins/contacts, PCB processing, thermal interface and electrical insulation, clamp/bracket/duct hardware, fan guard, mating cables, assembly labor, calibration, test, shipping and tax. No order has been placed. Production pricing and yield are unknown.
