adom-wiki skills install adom/adom-courierdev-skills/ or publish-skills/, so a contributor (or their AI) has no in-repo guide to build, debug, or publish it. Consider adding them; they stay source-only and never ship in the tarball.App-neutral Google Chat human-in-the-loop middleware for Adom apps. An always-on broker that posts a prompt/ask AS Marv into a Chat space (via adom-gchat) and carries the human's reply back — responder identity (name+email) + downloaded attachment bytes — to the app that asked (via adom-google). Apps never touch Google: they POST /requests and receive a structured response event (dispatched to their URL, and held in /state). Pull-based, multi-turn, attachment-aware; one OAuth identity for the whole fleet. Use when an Adom app needs a person to confirm/answer/photograph something in Google Chat and have the answer flow back automatically — facility inspections, approvals, "send me a photo of X", clarifying questions. Trigger words — adom-courier, courier, human in the loop, google chat reply, ask a human, capture a chat response, send a photo via chat, marv prompt, post as marv, chat broker, /requests, /reply, dispatch a chat answer to my app.

Health: the size chip is green when right-sized, yellow when getting long, red when the model likely skims it. A green check is a passed preamble/structure signal; an amber mark is a gentle nudge, not a hard failure.
