MIT-licensed initial Rust review CLI and dynamic guidance. Local prototype; not yet published or integrated into shared AIFlow.

See skill. Run cargo test and cargo build --release; invoke target/release/adom-aiflow-mechanical lint <review.json>. Exit 0 means declared review checks pass, 1 unresolved findings, 2 input error. It does not independently validate CAD or physical assembly.
