7 HOLD input Active-low Hold input. Pausing an in-progress serial sequence without deselecting the device; SI, SCK, and SO enter high-impedance while HOLD is low. Must be held high whenever this function is not in use.
8 VCC power_in Supply voltage input. 25AA320 operating range is 1.8 V to 5.5 V. Bypass with a 0.1 µF ceramic capacitor close to the pin.
