CL21A106KOQNNNG is a 10 µF ±10% X5R ceramic in 0805, rated 16 Vp.1 — the default output capacitor for 3.3 V and 5 V regulator rails. The X5R dielectric holds capacitance within ±15% from −55 to +85 °C, dissipation factor is 0.1 max, and insulation resistance is 10,000 MΩ or 100 MΩ·µF, whichever is smaller.p.2 The dielectric is proofed at 250% of rated voltage.p.2
Note the fine print in the measurement column: capacitance is specified at 1 kHz / 1.0 Vrms only after a 150 °C one-hour heat treatment and a 24-hour restp.2 — the de-aged, best-case reading. Reflow is the recommended soldering method, with a 260 +0/−5 °C peak held no longer than 10 s.p.2 The document is Samsung's 3-page short-form spec: it carries the decode, dimensions, reliability table and soldering method, but no tape dimensions, reel quantity, or bias/TCC curves.
