BLM15BA470SN1D is a 0402 chip ferrite bead from Murata's BLM15 SN series, filed in the rating table under “for high speed signal line”.p.2 Its label value is 47 Ω ±25% at 100 MHzp.2 — an impedance at one spot frequency, not a resistance — and the equivalent circuit note explains the useful part: at high frequency the resistive element dominates, so RF noise is burned off as heat instead of being reflected back down the line.p.4
The DC-side numbers are the ones that bite. DC resistance is allowed up to 0.60 Ω initially (0.65 Ω after environmental testing)p.2 and the rated current is just 200 mAp.2 — fine in series with a signal or a lightly-loaded supply pin, wrong for a power rail. Within those limits it works from −55 to +125 °C with no derating note attached to its table row.p.3 It ships 10,000 to an 8 mm paper-tape reel.p.6
