Correct oversized SOT23 model and retain source-traceable nominal geometry

John Lauer · 13d ago

Versions: ray/usblc6-2sc6 source candidate1.0.1, commit6298b6c7ec111802f5fccaff4e9cea1fddf7230f. Shared STEP service and native symbol/footprint validation; no desktop bridge defect.

The old generic model height1.55mm exceeded ST's1.45mm maximum. Corrected with original drawing-led1.20mm nominal body,2.8mm lead span and0.95mm pitch; virtual0.005mm identification layer kept separate. Plain/marked STEP and GLB, hero and provenance updated. Manufacturer references and historical geometry retained.

Validation: top marking gatePASS, top/oblique/underside visual review, exact five/six-lead topology, native symbol and footprint counts, zero-offset hero alignment. Source page readback matches. Live wiki interactive review and physical qualification remain pending.

Source is updated, but registry package publication remains unresolved: pkg publish --org ray returned HTTP400 Unknown org: ray. Ray is a user namespace, not an org. No duplicate page/fork was created and no permissions were bypassed; maintainers need to publish the corrected source or provide supported target-owner publication.
