5 SW1 output Switch node output 1. Internally tied together with SW2 (pin 6) to the drain junction of the integrated high-side P-MOSFET (Rds(on) ~65 mOhm) and low-side N-MOSFET (Rds(on) ~30 mOhm). Connect to the external inductor of the buck output filter. Absolute max -0.3 to 32 V.
6 SW2 output Switch node output 2. Internally the same node as SW1 (pin 5) - the pins are paralleled for current handling. Connect together with SW1 to the external inductor. Absolute max -0.3 to 32 V.
7 GND power_in Chip ground / power return. Internally common with pin 8; both should be tied to the PCB ground plane for the power stage return current.
