TSV911

Single op-amp with rail-to-rail input and output and an 8 MHz gain-bandwidth, in a SOT-23-5. It runs from a single 2.5 to 5.5 V supply at about 1.1 mA, swings within millivolts of both rails, and holds a 1 mV input offset, which suits it to sensor buffering and active filters on a 3.3 or 5 V board. A 4.5 V/us slew rate handles moderate signal speeds. The single of the TSV91x family (dual -2, quad -4).
