Texas Instruments · Analog switch (SPDT) · SOT-23-6

Single-pole double-throw analog switch that routes one common line (COM) to either of two throws (NO, NC) under a logic input, in a SOT-23-6. A 1 ohm on-resistance and low charge injection pass audio and other analog signals cleanly, and it runs from a single 1.65 to 5.5 V rail. The switch is break-before-make, so the two throws never short. A small building block for 2:1 signal routing and channel selection.
