Ultralow-power (150 nA typical) supply voltage supervisor in a 3-pin SOT-23 package. It watches VDD against a fixed threshold and drives an active-low, push-pull RESET that can directly drive an MCU reset pin: RESET is asserted while VDD is below the threshold (plus a reset time delay) and released once the supply is good. It runs from 0.9 to 6.5 V and needs no external components. The default brown-out / power-good watchdog for battery devices where every nanoamp counts.
