TLV70033

Texas Instruments · LDO regulator · SOT-23-5

Low-dropout linear regulator that delivers 200 mA at a fixed 3.3 V from a small SOT-23-5, drawing only about 31 uA of quiescent current so it barely loads a battery in standby. An EN pin shuts it to near zero, internal current limit and thermal shutdown protect it, and it needs only small ceramic input and output capacitors. A cheap, low-power point-of-load LDO for battery sensors and always-on subsystems.
