TLV3501

The TLV3501 is a high-speed comparator with 4.5 ns propagation delay, rail-to-rail inputs, and a push-pull output that needs no pull-up. A shutdown pin drops it to low power. It suits zero-crossing detection, pulse and clock recovery, and fast level triggering.

6 SHDN input Active-low shutdown / enable input. When SHDN is within 0.9 V of V+ the comparator is enabled; when SHDN is more than 1.7 V below V+ the comparator is disabled and idles at ~2 uA. Turn-on ~100 ns, turn-off ~30 ns. Do not leave floating.
