The TC4427 is a dual high-speed MOSFET gate driver that sources and sinks up to 1.5 A to drive power-MOSFET gates quickly. Its two non-inverting channels charge a 1000 pF gate in under 30 ns, buffering weak logic outputs to switch power stages, motor drivers, and switching supplies. Inverting (TC4426) and complementary (TC4428) versions share the family.
