High-speed op-amp with a FET input, so it combines a 140 MHz gain-bandwidth and fast slew rate with the femtoamp-class bias current of a CMOS part. That pairing suits it to transimpedance stages for photodiodes and to buffering high-impedance sensors at speed, where a bipolar high-speed amp would load the source. A rail-to-rail output and a wide 4.75 to 27 V supply give plenty of headroom. A fast, high-input-impedance workhorse for instrumentation.
